SEM Color Coat
I have used SEM Color Coat to change the white vinyl back plaes on my outdoor lightd and PVC pipes to tan. It adheres well and appears to be durable.Of six cans, one had a faulty sprayer the was promptly replaced by Texas Fabric & Foam.
